As and Executive Coach I have immersed myself into a passionate career of leadership and education. While receiving degrees in psychology education and earning a teaching credential, I earned my Professional Coaching Certificate, as well as my CACP, Certified ADHD Coach Practitioner by the PAAC.
My strong passion for ADHD and coaching comes through when public speaking, and through my connection with my clients. In August of 2021, I moved to Atlanta where I keep my own ADHD stimulated by friends, my family and my desire to grow.

NGC offers group coaching sessions to entrepreneurial men with ADHD. The sessions will include support, mentorship, accountability partners, lessons on executive functioning, self-motivation, critical thinking, mindfulness, creating and execute goals with strategic planning, problem solving and structure. This is a place with those frustrated with ADHD, to take action on their dreams.
Join us for 2.5 hours a week that includes 1.5 hours of coaching and 1 hour of real implementation and support.
